Sales Policy

At Journey Home Rabbitry we work very hard to raise bunnies that meet the standard of perfection while being, healthy, and friendly rabbits. Our rabbits are sold to approved homes only. We provide a purchase agreement protection of both buyer and seller before the rabbit leaves our home.

Some points to consider:

Flemish Giants need cages of at least 36X36, with a partial solid floor.

English Lops need a cage of at least 30X30. with a resting board. English Lops MUST be housed in some type of indoor enclosure due to frostbite to their ears. (shed, garage, basement etc.)

Velveteen Lops need a cage of at least 24X24 with a resting board and MUST be housed in some type of indoor enclosure due to frostbite to their ears. (shed, garage, basement etc.)

If at any time you cannot keep the animal you must notify us!! Our door is always open for any HEALTHY animal needing to come back! We do not want any rabbits from our home at shelter or eaten. (We know people have to eat but not OUR bunnies!) Please note that the animal does need to be seen by a veterinarian before the return to our home. We have to protect the health of our own stock.

HOLDING POLICY

Please contact us to make sure the rabbit is still for sale. you will need to send us a NON- REFUNDABLE deposit of at least 50% the purchase price of the rabbit(s). By Non-refundable this means: If you choose not to get the rabbit(s) you will be forfeiting your deposit. However if the rabbit(s) become Ill or Dies. You can apply your deposit towards another. Rabbit(s) are only held on deposit for seven days once the deposit is recived. < If you wish to have your rabbit held longer. Please beware there is an extra charge of $2.00 per day or $10.00 a week (7 days) to hold the rabbit longer please make arrangement prior to the sale.

The Non Refundable Deposit must be Cash or Money Order.

We must receive the deposit in ONE weeks time of the date in

which you state you would like the rabbit(s).

We operate on a first come first serve basis

A Non Refundable Deposit is a

must if you wish to have a

rabbit(s) held for you.

Policy is in place to assure that the customer is serious about

buying the rabbit(s). So we do not pass up a good home for the rabbit(s).-
